GCSE Results Mark Significant Gains for Students at Thetford Academy

There was a buzz of anticipation at Thetford Academy this morning as students and their families gathered to receive the results of their hard work and dedication, with many achieving exceptional outcomes across a wide range of subjects. This year, 62% of students secured a grade 4 or above in English and Maths, with 46% achieving grade 5 or higher. 

Dr Michael Fordham, Principal at Thetford Academy said: 

“Our students have once again proved that putting the extra time and effort into their studies pays dividends when it comes to their exam results. 

We are proud to celebrate them today as they receive their results and look forward to the next step of their journey.”
